- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆After waiting 15 minutes over the appointment time I asked the receptionist had I been missed only to be told the IT system was down and I would have to wait an unknown amount of time. I did note all the systems and screens were working showing customers arrival and advising which doctors to go to, therefore I cannot believe that the nurse I was waiting to see could not have called me in without the need for a computer system, they surely have a backup. As I couldn’t wait any longer I left in disgust at lack of treatment. This health centre is not helpful and doesn’t even deserve one star D PooleBy Admin, May 22, 2018
